THE FIRST HOME<\/strong> (2018)<\/em><\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Every great story begins with a decision made at the hardest moment. David Martins had just bought his first home when his employer fell three months behind on his salary. It was in that moment of despair that, on faith, he bought a van and founded his first construction company: D. MARTINS. On the very day everything felt most uncertain, a call came in \u2014 a client asking for a renovation. It was the first sign that something greater was being built.<\/p>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n

THE MOVE<\/strong> (2020)<\/em><\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t

The journey went on through highs and lows. At every moment of uncertainty, a new project appeared; with every challenge faced, a confirmation of purpose. It was with that same faith that David and his wife \u2014 who dreamed and believed before there was any concrete result \u2014 received a promise: it was time to go to Florida. The house was put up for sale. The move was made. A new chapter began.<\/p>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

THE LICENSE<\/strong> (2020)<\/em><\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t

The preparation started immediately. David studied, earned his General Contractor license, and founded Martins Development. In the early years, he was every department of the company at once \u2014 buying land, hiring subcontractors, managing materials, handling the finances, serving clients. He was everything. And with time, the faith grew, the courage grew, and the work spoke for itself.<\/p>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n

THE FIRST OFFICE<\/strong> (2022)<\/em><\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t

The team grew, and Martins opened its first office on Southland Boulevard \u2014 a home worthy of the people building it. The right people kept arriving. And the culture David built \u2014 one of respect, care, and purpose \u2014 made those people stay.<\/p>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
